Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped the same day or the next business day as received.  We ship via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, CanPar and Canada Post.

Free Shipping Over $80*

Shipping is free for most items in our store if your order totals $80 or more. Some products (such as grains) do not qualify. Everything else ships at our
negotiated discounted cost with our couriers.

If you place an order that is over $80 that includes some items that qualify for free shipping and some items that do not, you are only charged a shipping fee for the products that do not qualify for free shipping.

Privacy Policy

Customer data is fully protected through secure encryption.  Payment information is exclusively shared with processors to complete orders and is never stored.

Return Policy 

Some products in new condition can be returned to A&B Grainmills& Organics for refund or exchange for a period of 30 days after purchase.“New condition” means the product has not been used, contaminated, or damaged and the original packaging and manufacturer’s label (if applicable) is intact – it must be in re-sellable condition. We do not accept returns for consumable products.

You are responsible for return shipping charges and shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will be excluded from the refund. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, our actual cost of shipping the order to you will be deducted from your refund.

If a product is received in damaged condition, reporting of damage must also occur within 30 days of receipt of order.
