A real workhorse which can be operated non-stop for extended periods, even hours at a time. The Pegasus model from hawos is the ideal grain mill for health and natural food stores, hotel kitchens, cafeterias and small bakeries - any operation, in fact, where large amounts of freshly milled flour are required. Fast and quiet (only 72 decibels), Pegasus features an extra-large 2.5-kilogram (5.5 lbs.) hopper.

Specially designed for self-service in retail areas, Pegasus is simple to operate: Choose how coarse or fine you want your grain, pour it in to the hopper, and then set or fasten your bag under the discharge outlet. One flip of the switch and Pegasus does the rest, delivering extremely fine grain and fluffy flour.

Reliably, too, because Pegasus mills are solidly built to stand up to the heavy demands of commercial customers, with a unique design that makes for practical everyday use. The hopper and grain discharge outlets extend well out from the base of the machine, leaving space enough for you and your customers to directly fill everything from a small bag up to a grain sack.
