Organic Buckwheat Groats

Buckwheat Groats (Canadian sourced) are dehulled and are similar to Oat Groats  in that they are very nutritious and high in protein. They can be steamed and used as a rice replacement in salads and side dishes. Buckwheat Groats can be toasted or roasted in oil for a few minutes. They are nutty in flavour, tender and plump. It is more beneficial to buy unroasted buckwheat groats as they are more flavourful. Grown in Quebec.
