Made of beautiful solid beech wood and stainless steel, the Schnitzer Hand Mill can grind all dry grains (except corn), peppercorn and other spices. It isn't suitable for herbs or oilseeds like flax or sesame. Precisely fitted naxos basalt in magnesite-salt bond burrs grind to any texture you choose, from fine flour to coarse meal.
